Survey/Report Process & Cost

 The survey: 

• Is administered by Stonehill
• Uses a URL that is distributed by your organization.
• Measures on a 1-5 rating for each of the 21 Best Practices on “to what extent” and “how important”
• Is anonymous to secure real results, and can be customized for more specific data “cuts”

The report:

• showcases where the organization can & should focus its efforts to strengthen it ability to be successful
• Includes:
  • Robust set of tactics to strengthen each Best Practice
  • A strategy session with our expert consultants on the survey results and moving forward

Certification as an "Inclusive Organization" is awarded if the results meet the criteria for certification. A resurvey is offered if there is a need to strengthen several Best Practices and survey again for potential certification.

The cost for the Survey & Report ranges from $15,000 to $50,000 depending on organizational size. 

Stonehill administers the survey of 22 Best Practices; a URL is sent by the organization to the team of the manager and is totally anonymous; individual answers are not seen by anyone. 

For each question, the choice is from (1-5) on:

To what extent does your manager do this?

To what extent is this important to your, and the team’s, success?

The cost for the Survey, Report and support Tactics Guide is $2,000 and can be contracted for a reduced fee for multiple surveys.
