Research shows certification is critical in today's value-driven, transparent landscape.
To gain Certification as an Inclusive Organization or Inclusive Manager, your survey results must meet/exceed the criteria of:
- Response rate
- survey response rate
- Score threshold
- cumulative score
- cumulative individual score for each Best Practice
