Ms. Mincer has a M.A. in Clinical Psychology and is a graduate of the Columbia Graduate Business School’s Program of Organizational and Human Resource Development. She has spoken at many management series as well as lectured at several universities across the country including the Columbia Graduate School of Business.
Dr. Mary Hansen served in the cabinet of Governor Vilsack as Director of the Iowa Department of Public Health and was elected President of the Association of State and Territorial Health Officials (ASTHO) . Prior to being appointed as Director of Public Health she was Associate Professor, Drake University, Department of Nursing; Director, Drake University Center for Health Issues; and a Research Fellow on a Centers for Disease Control and Prevention patient safety grant. Following her tenure as public health director Dr. Hansen served as Chair of the Masters of Public Health program at Des Moines University (DMU) and as an Adjunct Associate Professor - DMU College of Medicine Global Health Dept. She is a former Iowa Public Health Association board member and a current community representative for the Portland, Maine Restorative Justice Initiative.
Dr. Meghan Schaeffer is an experienced public health professional, executive, and CEO of Aperio Statistical Consulting focused on supporting public health agencies, businesses, schools, and healthcare systems.
Previously, Dr. Schaeffer served as the VP of Quality and Performance Improvement Meridian Health Plan and Director of Quality and later the Director of Clinical Data Acquisition at AmeriHealth Caritas.
Dr. Schaeffer authored over 15 publications which include journal articles and books. She holds four degrees including a Bachelor of Science in Microbiology, a Master of Public Health Epidemiology, a Master of Public Administration, and a Doctorate in Education and Administrative Leadership.
Alexie Eckerson is the COO at Stonehill. She has a earned a M.S. in Health Informatics & Analytics from Drake University, as well as a B.S. in Mathematics from Creighton University.
Prior to becoming a partner and Director of Operations at Stonehill, Alexie worked as an analyst for over 10 years for large companies such as Principal Financial Group and National Indemnity Company (a Berkshire Hathaway company) and as Director of Operations for a locally owned business.
Jack is an Organizational Development expert specializing in team effectiveness, talent management, leadership development, assessment, and change management. He has led key OD functions at both the enterprise and business/function levels for a wide range of Fortune 500 organizations, primarily in financial services.
Prior to transitioning to consulting, Jack was a Senior Vice President at Citizens Bank, initially heading their firmwide organizational development and assessment practice during Citizens’ 2014 IPO before taking on a role leading OD for corporate functions including technology, risk, finance, legal, and audit. Before joining Citizens he led the talent/leadership practice at UBS for the wealth business and subsequently at the enterprise level. Prior to that he worked for 10 years at JPMorgan Chase, leading HR integration committees during two mergers – JPM/Chase and JPMC/Bank One. In addition to the merger work at JPMC, he designed and facilitated numerous senior leadership team offsites focused on strategic alignment and team effectiveness in his role as head of talent & leadership for a large corporate banking division. Through the earlier part of his career he also held various leadership roles at Prudential, Booz Allen, MetLife, and Citigroup.
Jack has a Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the Ohio State University and a B.A. in Psychology from City College of New York.
